Me and my mom came on Saturday which it was a very very busy day at one riverside apartment people coming in and out , touring , assisting others on leases . A gentleman who assisted us name hance was the only employee that day . He was very kind , patient, and kept his composure regardless of chaotic environment. He toured us around and agreed on an apartment . He was very compassionate with my mom who was going through something. He showed remorse and shared some similar experiences . He helped us with my mom’s leasing documentation. Highly recommend him ! And the services that is provided here at one riverside apartment.

Hans & Elaine have been incredible before and after move-in. They both constantly check in, and answer any question, and when they see me on property always remember my name and greet me. Ennis in maintenance has also been great, responding and taking care of a small issue within the same day. Overall, the vibe and energy on property is great, and of course you cannot beat the views!
